Request management

Management can give log-in details to clients who can make a request for a new task to be added. This can then be allocated to a worker

Multilingual Support

Where English is not the first language, there is the option for the user to change to one of 9 different languages for ease of understanding.

The Story of The Work App

 The creation of The Work App also stemmed from a request, initiated by an inquiry from a prominent client.

The client, a small cleaning company, faced difficulties in tracking their employees. They mentioned the challenge of monitoring employees who worked at night, never being sure if they were working or not. Additionally, the company wanted to terminate contracts with multiple office buildings because they discovered pre-filled paper attendance sheets.

TWA thought about this, conducted research, and felt there was a market gap for an application that digitally tracks staff and can send validated attendance sheets according to the client's needs. Initially, a very simple solution designed exclusively for cleaning companies was created.
