Late start times and delays are common, compounded by workers taking unauthorized breaks, such as smoking outside, during paid working hours. Regular tasks like watering flowers and tending to garden areas are frequently overlooked. In the restaurants, the manager often forgot assigned tasks, leading to operational challenges.


The solution


Implementing a digital attendance sheet has effectively addressed attendance challenges. On-site start and finish shifts ensure accurate coordination and work reliability. Our App includes the possibility to communicate in 9 different languages enabling workers to understand and perform tasks even without local language proficiency. iBeacons placed at key locations allow workers to start and end shifts conveniently. An automatic report is generated 15 minutes after shift start, notifying team leaders of any absentees for prompt action. Our recurring delegated task feature ensures repetitive tasks are completed flawlessly and efficiently.
