The problem
A recruitment company reached out to us regarding their partner in Germany needing to submit attendance digitally, as their current processes are paper-based. We've partnered with them for a major project, the Lallapalooza Berlin festival, during 2023. The recruitment agency supplies the workforce for litter picking during the festival. All tasks were communicated through a group Facebook Chat, which lacks transparency. The number of participants ranges from 100 to 130. For litter picking, which involves continuous outdoor work with scattered groups, there is a need for a solution to track the locations of specific groups and facilitate their coordination.
The solution
The position journal function allows easy tracking of employee locations at any hour. Illness reporting and task delegation are efficiently managed with dedicated functions. Time spent on litter picking is accurately recorded using the "timer task" function within the tasks on the App. Validated reports in PDF format per employee per day/hour are exported and provided to the client.
